Whether you prefer working from one of our offices in Vienna, Linz, or Cluj, from home, or remotely from anywhere — it's your choice. We value the output of work, not at what time or from where you do it. All positions are available fulltime or part time (from 20h to 40h per week).

Your Tasks

  • Improve tooling around Felgo — including the Felgo Online & Offline Installer, Qt Creator Integration, Felgo Build Server, and Felgo Test & CI Systems.
  • Contribute to internal tooling as well as customer projects, depending on your interests and project needs.
  • Support in optimizing build processes and development infrastructure, tending towards a DevOps-focused role.

Your Profile

  • Solid knowledge in C++ and basic JavaScript knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of backend programming languages, ideally PHP and Ruby.
  • Passion for optimizing workflows and build processes — both for internal use and customer-facing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, even when dealing with complex, partly undocumented dependencies.

Required Skills

  • Programming skills in C++, PHP and Ruby.
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD systems.
  • Bonus: Experience with Qt and its tooling like qmake, cmake, Qt Installer Framework or QDoc.
  • Communication skills, being able to work in a team.
  • Extra points for table soccer skills.

  • Develop modern cross-platform applications using Qt / QML and JavaScript, for both internal products and customer projects.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Felgo QML Hot Reload and other development tools.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize performance, usability, and maintainability of applications
  • Contribute ideas to improve our development tools, workflows and product quality.
  • Depending on your interests, get involved in customer assignments, technical consulting and product design discussions.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience with Qt, QML and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git.
  • Passion for building reliable, maintainable and user-friendly software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
  • Solid communication skills in English.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with C++.
  • Experience with Felgo SDK or Felgo QML Hot Reload.
  • Knowledge of QML performance tuning and best practices.
  • Experience with mobile or embedded platforms.
  • Table soccer skills - always a plus!

Deine Hauptaufgaben – mit Fokus auf Organisation, Struktur und Umsetzung:

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft & bei internen Abläufen
    Du hilfst dem (Management-)Team bei organisatorischen Aufgaben, sorgst für Struktur und übernimmst Koordination und Umsetzung von To-Dos.
  • Office-Management & Administration
    Du bist erste Ansprechperson für organisatorische Themen, kümmerst dich um Kommunikation mit externen Partnern (z. B. Steuerberatung, Lieferanten), führst Ablagen und Dokumentationen, unterstützt in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung.
  • (Stunden-)Controlling & Vorbereitung für Steuerberatung
    Du arbeitest mit unserem Stunden- und Projekttracking, behältst den Überblick über Zeitaufzeichnungen und unterstützt die Datenaufbereitung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.

Weitere Aufgabenbereiche (je nach Interesse & Entwicklung):

  • Mitarbeit im HR-Bereich
    Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsprozessen, Pre-Qualifikation, Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen, Organisation von Team-Events.
  • Eventplanung
    Konferenzen, interne Veranstaltungen oder Teamevents – du planst und koordinierst selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit dem Team.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung im Assistenz-, Office-, Projekt- oder HR-Bereich
